Music has played a huge role in my life, and especially when it comes to my work. My inspiration for (almost) all of my work are cool album covers I stumble across. Album Covers are really what I love to design the most. The freedom you have when designing an album cover is unparalleled, and my favorite aspect of the whole process. 

The wild variety in style depending on the type of music is so liberating. It allows me to experiment with my designs in new and exciting ways every time I decide to create something.

When deciding what to do for my thesis, the answer was obvious. A collection of three albums, entirely original from top to bottom. Real vinyl records, all gatefold LP's, and all with CD versions to match, plus merchandise for all of the bands...and custom logos too.

Needless to say...it was a lot of work, but everything was running smoothly, but the scope had expanded to add two more bands into the collection. Of course, they get the same treatment as the ones I was working on already.

Months pass, and everything is still running rather smoothly, but the collection felt a bit...scattered. I needed something to link all the bands and projects I was working on together.

I then decided to expand the idea for the thesis. No longer was it to just be a collection of albums. Instead, I decided to make my own label for all these projects.

So I Present to you...

I hope you enjoy all the work featured in this gallery. I really believe this to be some of the best work I have ever done. Thank you for taking the time to appreciate the culmination of 4 years of work and dedication to my craft. It means the world to me.
